To that end, I have decided it was in the best interest of my customers, and the employees of Andy Klein Plumbing & Heating to join forces with "Rochester's Choice" for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. It turned out to be an easy choice, because our philosophies of serving the customer first, were exactly the same.
I have chosen to join forces with Triple-O HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
Like me, the owner of Triple-O started his business out of one vehicle with a wrench and a dream. Now 20 years later, Luke Giannone has positioned his business as the premiere choice for not just Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, but Electrical services too. On a more personal note, my son-in-law Pat DiQuattro and grandson AJ play an integral part in Triple-O's success. We are honored to be a part.
Our phones, business cards, and letterhead may now say Triple-O, but you should still expect the same commitment to excellence from our team of professionals. In fact, it is my intent to work with our new team, to improve all aspects of the business to better serve you.
